Fees You’ll Pay
At Johnson & Goldrich, we charge a flat fee that covers all the hearings that are necessary until you get the maximum driving relief available under the law. Don’t hire a lawyer without knowing all of the costs associated with representation. Our team at Johnson & Goldrich, PC takes pride in offering high-quality services at affordable prices for our clients. If you are looking for license reinstatement in Illinois or clearance to obtain a license in another state, look no further than Johnson & Goldrich.
Free Consultations
Our initial consultation is absolutely free. At that consultation, we will review your driving record, evaluate what you have done thus far, and look at all of your documentation. At that point, we will be able to quote you a firm price and layout our plan for getting you back on the road.
The Timeline
The slowest part of getting driving relief is the process itself. Formal Hearing Requests are processed on a first-come basis and usually result in hearings being scheduled for a date approximately 6 weeks after the request is submitted. At the hearing, you do not get a decision. By law, the Secretary of State has up to 90 days to get a decision to you. Even after you get a positive decision, more paperwork needs to be submitted and additional fees may need to be paid. In other words, the process is not very quick. The sooner you start the process, the sooner you will be driving legally.
Installment Plans
Generally speaking, we have a flat-fee system, which is different from many other attorneys who charge by the hour. Payment plans can be arranged. So, even if you don’t have all of the retainer fees right now, we can still get started with your representation.
The bottom line: we treat our clients how we want to be treated; with respect, honesty, reliability, and dedication. If you are interested in getting your driver’s license reinstated, contact Johnson & Goldrich, PC for a free case evaluation today.
